It is common at this time of year to make a New Years resolution or at least start thinking about a New Years resolution. One of the more popular New Years resolution is around losing weight, exercising more and this is a great thing to focus on, as eating well and living well makes your body healthier. If your body is healthy it makes our job easier. However losing weight and looking good is wasted if your teeth are not looking good also. New clothes and a trim waistline looks beautiful but a smile can quite often put paid to that if the teeth are not in tip top shape. The sad fact is people remember poor teeth, so now is the time to make a New Years Resolution to improve your oral look!!
