We receive many enquiries from clients wanting to know the cost of veneers for their teeth and what the options are. Here is a brief overview of the cost of veneers and the benefits of each type as a solution for teeth that are cracked, chipped, stained or damaged. If your teeth are crooked, you may need teeth alignment first.
At Epsom Dentist, we offered two types of veneers, and both are popular. However, they have some differences and will be explained to the patient before the treatment begins.
We also do INTEREST-FREE FINANCE on all porcelain veneers and composite veneers*. Ph 09 630 6883 for more information.
Also, use our special offer for new clients to get your teeth assessed for what is the best solution.

Porcelain veneers are more popular due to the durability, strength and duration of the “white teeth” look.  They are relatively more expensive to other types of veneer, but they do look amazing which gives you more natural look to your smile. Patients always satisfy with the final result, and we have many patients referring their friends to have porcelain veneers done with us. It is highly technique-sensitive, and you should always find an experienced dentist to do the job for you.

The alternative is composite veneer which is cheaper and is generally used to improve the colour, shape, size and texture of the patient’s teeth. These are a quicker solution, cheaper and require less time, however, the payoff is they do not last as long. Composite veneers are usually used to fix minor chips, and cracks in teeth and little teeth reduction (grinding or drilling) is required. They also require an experienced dentist to do them due to the “overlay” technology that requires a steady hand and 100% concentration. The procedure can usually be completed in a single visit, however, unlike porcelain veneers, composite veneers can be subject to stains from coffee and other food groups after a period. Porcelain veneer, on the other hand, is much more durable and far less permeable.

The dentists in Epsom Dentist are very experience in providing both porcelain and composite veneers to our patients.
